Merry Christmas, Everyone!

We had a great Christmas here, and of course the kids got too much stuff! We started off the holidays with hosting my side of the family on Christmas Eve. Kate and James got to be with both sets of grandparents, along with great grandma and a bunch of other Gobczynski family. Santa came early on Christmas, and the kids loved all of the presents he brought. Kate got her Octopod and Cinderella crown, and all James needed, of course, was a few bouncy balls and a couple of stuffed animals. We have had a wonderful holiday season, and we enjoyed it all in our new home. Happy Holidays!

Cinderella's Christmas Play

Last week, the EHS drama club put on a production called "Cinderella's Christmas Cake," and of course Kate couldn't wait to go. As it happens, Cinderella is her favorite Disney princess right now. We asked my mom and Greg's mom to come with us, and Kate couldn't have been happier. She was a well-behaved audience member for most of the play. We did have to leave about ten minutes before the play ended because she was getting a little restless. Overall, though, she did a great job watching and listening at her first big girl play!
