What Happens When Greg Puts the Bath Supplies Away

The last time we gave Kate a bath, Greg was in charge of putting everything away. Maybe I should have reminded him that the shampoo goes upright. That way, it doesn't leak all over the bathtub when it inevitably tips over, giving our five month old her first bubble bath.

Overdue Post

It is hard to post as regularly now that Steph is back to work. It is a shame that she only gets three months off each summer. Now that Steph and Katie are in school, we have had to adjust our routines a bit. Previously, Steph took the majority of the overnight shifts. They are split equally now, and I am not the morning person I used to be.  Within this new routine, my favorite thing to do is pick Katie up from school. She gives me the biggest smiles when I walk into her classroom. Sometimes, she hears my voice greeting her teachers and twists her body around toward the door before she can even see me enter. It's nice to know she is always as excited to see me as I am to see her.
